Structuring Competence Development

Welcome to our home page. We hope that you find the work that we are doing informative. We have four key initiative as follows.

Ecosystem Stakeholders

Cultivators of the Environment for Talent Development

CCPS has always worked closely with all stakeholders within the talent ecosystem in Malaysia. Identified stakeholders within the talent ecosystem include Government Agencies (e.g. Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT), Cybersecurity Malaysia (CSM), Ministry of Human Resources (MoHR)), Industry (CCPS members across multiple industries), Institutes of Higher Learning (both public and private) and professionals (CCPS Professional Bank).

CCPS believes in lifelong learning and understands that no single stakeholder functions in a vacuum. We aim for concerted and unified effort toward structured competence development and recognition of professionalism with all identified stakeholders

Technical areas include “new” Internet, Network & Information Security, IT Frameworks, Project Management, system admin, Regulatory, Cloud Computing and 4G (LTE). It is designed to build transferable skills and confidence as well as competence in analysis, planning & troubleshooting through hands-on training and mentoring. “Quality in all aspects” is the defining principle.

A Fresh Graduate Database to match graduates and Industry

CCPS in its efforts to cultivate and grow the talent ecosystem in Malaysia recognises the need to match graduating talents with the right employers. CCPS provides a free listing to graduates/graduating students as well as hiring employers in the CCPS Graduate Database.

The Database has new graduates resumes listed as the year progresses and typically sees upwards of 700 graduate resumes from all over Malaysia at any point throughout the year! More than 400 active employers use this Database to source for their candidates throughout the year.

If you are a graduating student or recent graduate from a local IHL and wish to be listed in the Database, please request for a graduate account here!

If you are an employer seeking fresh graduate talents to grow with your organisation and wish to have free access to the Database, please request for an employer account here!
